Is a short film that was shot in 2012. Caroline Monnet the director had bought several rolls of 16mm film and rented a Bolex so that we could film her experimental short about the fear of bridges named Gephyrophobia. Daniel Watchorn who acted as a script consultant came up with the title.
Daniel and Vince Nudo who are also frereslumieres.com, composed the score for Gephyrophobia. Sebastien Aubin was the graphics designer.
With the exception of Vince Nudo, Daniel, Caroline, Sebastien and I started a small company called DESCIMAGES and Gephyrophobia was our first project. The stills were taken by me on set with my canon 5D Mkii.
THE BLACK CASE

THE BLACK CASE TRAILER
This picture was taken at Le foyer Saint-Antoine in Longueuil and it was here where we decided to build the room where the main character was quarantined due to tuberculosis.
This shot was taken at the cottage that I had at the time in Sutton. This setting was chosen for the exterior shots of the bed with the black case.
DESCIMAGES is Daniel Watchorn, Eric Cinq-Mars, Sébastien Aubin and Caroline Monnet.
